The 2016 Golden Globes laid bear - everything you missed
It's that time of the year again when Hollywood congratulates itself on a job well done and the 73rd Golden Globe Awards were no exception. If you had better things to do than watch actors get awkwardly played off stage you probably missed it, but that doesn't mean you don't want to know who won... or who got burned the most.
We've saved you from sitting through hours of kiss-ass speeches and tedious scripts, to pick out the things you really want to see from the awards ceremony. Watch host Ricky Gervais insult the whole movie industry, find out who dressed up as a bear and check out Leonardo DiCaprio giving Lady Gaga evils as she collected her gong.
Better get dressed and offend some humourless cunts I suppose. pic.twitter.com/X4idHHuMMfJanuary 10, 2016
First things first, we know you want to watch Ricky Gervais's opening monologue. It's the fourth time the comedian has hosted the awards and he didn't pull his punches...
Jonah Hill dressed up as the bear from The Revenant and proceeded to give an acceptance speech in character, while repeatedly dropping the F-bomb on live TV...
Lady Gaga nudged Leonardo DiCaprio when she walked up to received her Golden Globe and he was not happy. NOT. HAPPY.
The legend that is Rocky Balboa got a mention at the awards...
And the annual teleprompter fail went to presenters Amber Heard and Jaimie Alexander who stood in silence until the Blindspot actress asked: “Dude, who’s typing this shit?”

Ricky Gervais had a little argument with Mel Gibson on stage and walked back on to ask him: "What does sugar tits mean anyway?"
Taraji P. Henson handed out cookies on her way to accept her award for Best Actress (if you don't watch Empire, her character's name is Cookie)...
Tom Hanks speech introducing Denzel Washington who won the Cecil B. DeMille Award was LONG, but amazing.
And then Denzel forgot his glasses so had to wing his speech...
Eva Longoria and America Ferrera added some much needed attitude to the proceedings when they hilariously pointed out they're often confused with other Latino actresses...
And Jennifer Lawrence told off a reporter in the press room who was asking her about her Joy win... while constantly staring at his phone.
Oh, and did we mention everyone thinks The Martian is a comedy?!
