Total Hack
There are just three issues of Total Hack to collect, each one giving you the source code to control robots, turrets, and spotlights via a holotape added to your inventory.
Issue #01 Control Turrets - Wildwood Cemetery
This issue will allow you to control turrets.
Wildwood Cemetery is to the east of Sanctuary.
Head down to the tree in the centre.
The magazine is at the base of the tree.
Issue #02 Control Robots - Wattz Consumer Electronics
As you might have guessed, the second issue will give you the source code to control robots.
Make your way to Wattz Consumer Electronics.
Pop down to the basement.
Go through the door to the right.
Use the terminal to open the door to the server room.
The magazine is on the desk at the back next to the terminal.
Issue #03 Control Spotlights - The Shamrock Taphouse
The final issue will allow you to control spotlights.
The Shamrock Taphouse is in the Boston area.
Enter the building and head up the stairs to the right.
Go past the pool tables and through the door at the back.
Follow the stairs down into the room below.
The mannequin on the table is using the magazine to cover her modesty.
