Tales of a Junktown Jerky Vendor
The Junktown Vendor perk gets you better prices when buying from a vendor. The effect is stacked with each issue you pick up.
Issue #01 Why I Sold My Mother - Walden Pond
No reason needed.
Head south of Sanctuary to Walden Pond.
Enter the underground area via the pipe that opens out into the pond.
Follow the tunnel until it opens out into a cave. Head over to the barrel with the lantern on top of it.
The magazine is on here.
Issue #02 Take Your Business On The Road - Mystic Pines
This issue is super quick to pick up.
Mystic Pines is to the southeast of Sanctuary.
Head inside the house.
There's a lantern on a table in the living room to the left.
The magazine is next to it.
Issue #03 The Art of Haggling - Super-Duper Mart
You'll find this issue in the Super-Duper Mart.
The Super-Duper Mart is to the southeast of Sanctuary.
Enter the building and go straight ahead, past the line of checkouts.
Head over to the pharmacy area on the right.
The magazine is in the stand by the wall.
Issue #04 Benefits of Child Labor - Longneck Lukowski's Cannery
This issue is in exactly the same location as the Fallout 4 Barter bobblehead.
The cannery is on the far east of the map.
Go past Theodore and into the back where the robots are working.
Head up the stairs and follow the catwalk to the office above.
The magazine is on the desk next to the Barter bobblehead.
Issue #05 How to Run a Successful Vendor Stand - Big John's Salvage
This magazine is guarded by some pretty persistent Super Mutants so come prepared.
Big John's Salvage is to the southeast of Diamond City.
Once you enter the junkyard, look for the trailer in the middle.
There's a Super Mutant lurking inside, so head up there and take care of him.
You'll find the magazine on the table in the corner of the trailer.
Issue #06 Suit Up & Succeed - Wreck of the FMS Northern Star
This magazine is in the same location as the Fallout 4 Agility bobblehead.
The Wreck of the FMS Northern Star is in the southeast corner of the map.
Head inside and make your way up to the top deck.
As you progress through the raider camp, you'll spot some patio furniture.
The magazine is on the table.
Issue #07 Capitalism & You - Four Leaf Fishpacking Plant
Capitalism keeps the caps rolling in.
The plant is in the southeast corner of the map.
Once you're inside, head downstairs.
Go straight on, to the west.
This will bring you to a locker room.
The magazine is on the bench.
Issue #08 The Joy of Wealth - Gwinnett Brewery
A bit of creative platform jumping will be needed to pick up the last issue.
The brewery is also in the southeast part of the map.
When you enter the brewery, jump onto the blue cylindrical tank near the railings, and then on to the conveyor belt.
From here you can hop over to the large blue pipe, then use the set of three pipes to reach the catwalk opposite.
Continue to follow the catwalk, navigating the various beams and pipes to get across the missing segments to reach the office at the end.
The final magazine in the series is on the desk next to the terminal.
