Fallout 4 update 1.4 will add decorative meat totems to consoles this week
Bethesda's really getting into the groove with this whole "frequent updates" thing. The studio confirmed via a Twitter post that Fallout 4 Update 1.4 should hit both console versions by the end of the week, enabling some new workshop options and setting up add-on support ahead of the first Fallout 4 DLC later this month.
Happy to share that we expect the 1.4 console update (Xbox One & PS4) to release by the end of the week https://t.co/PZSb56yitmMarch 9, 2016
Unfortunately, this isn't the update that will bring mod support to consoles. Bethesda plans to roll that out later, between the Automatron and Wasteland Workshop packs. But at least you'll be able to spruce up your settlements with new workshop items like meat totems and meat carts, which should make the local Super Mutant population very happy and freak the hell out of everybody else.
Update 1.4 also introduces the usual assortment of bug fixes, like objects placed in water not properly floating after saving and reloading. Bethesda patch notes are always the best.

Long before that, I started pursuing my degree in video games by bugging my older brother to let me play Zelda on the Super Nintendo.
