Can FIFA Manager 10 follow in the footsteps of FIFA 10 with an all-conquering game? Almost. The slightly quirky alternative to Championship Manager and Football Manager, this carries loads of official licences so you can see the faces of your players and backroom staff.
The match engine runs using FIFA 09 graphics, meaning this has the best in-game animation of any current management game. Then there’s the chance to play golf, learn a foreign language or go sailing (we told you it was quirky). There’s a great streamlined multiplayer mode to play, although the single-player mode is let down by random press questions, a limited transfer system, too much financial dealing and simplistic tactics.
