Well, that decision didn't take long; after polling fans about whether they'd like to see moogles included in Final Fantasy 15, Square Enix has announced that the white-furred cats with balls of fluff jutting out of their heads will indeed make an appearance in the upcoming JRPG. Well, at least one moogle will.
Game director Hajime Tabata posted on Twitter that he will think of "a fun little way" to include the iconic species, noting that he will not sacrifice manpower currently focused on completing other portions of the game. "So it won’t be a very chatty Moogle, but will be done with a suitably light level of development work as a fun little #FFXV extra," he wrote.
A total of 37,351 fans voted via the game's Japanese and English Twitter channels, with more than 30.5k voting "yes" on Proposition Moogle.
