First look at Julianne Moore as Sarah Palin in Game Change
The likeness is uncanny
Tina 30 Rock Fey may be better known as a (hilarious) Sarah Palin clone, but Julianne Moore hasn’t done a bad job morphing into the American politician.
Not that she’s just doing it for fun – it’s all in aid of HBO movie Game Change , which starts shooting this week under the direction of Jay Roach.
Dressed in an outrageously colourful blazer, a patriotic flag pin and with her hair pulled back in a bun, Moore’s even got Palin’s pointy-pointy body language down to a T.
Written by Danny Strong, Game Change follows John McCain (Ed Harris) during his failed 2008 Republican presidential bid.
Also playing dress up are Woody Harrelson (as McCain’s advisor Steve Schmidt), and Melissa Farman as Bristol Palin, though we've yet to get snaps of those guys in action.
If they're anywhere near as good as Moore, though, it'll be quite the spectacle.
