First poster for Kingsman: The Golden Circle teases an unexpected return

With Kingsman: The Golden Circle set to kick off production soon, the final pieces of the puzzle are coming into place. Not too long ago it was reported that Halle Berry was in talks to join the cast of the sequel, and now it looks like another A-lister will be joining the ranks. Or, as it turns out, rejoining...

Kingsman star Taron Egerton has tweeted the film's first official poster, and it teases the return of Colin Firth's Harry Hart. Check it out below...

And that news has seemingly been confirmed...

While bringing Harry Hart back from what was a pretty definitive looking death feels like a bit of a cheat - not to mention negating the power of his murder - there's a good chance that it will be outweighed by seeing Firth back in action. He was arguably the best aspect of the 2015 hit, so it's good to know that we won't have to find out what a Hart-less Kingsman film will look like.

Directed by Matthew Vaughn and starring Taron Egerton, Mark Strong, Halle Berry, Colin Firth, and Julianne Moore, Kingsman: The Golden Circle will be released in cinemas on June 16, 2017.
