Five reasons to Shadowrun
We can't stop playing the 360 beta. Here's why
Violence
Shadowrun also includes some very creative and memorable killing tools. The katana melee weapon, for example... it may not be as satisfying as a shotgun-chainsaw, but it's almost as bloody. And the only thing funnier than watching a massive troll swinging a tiny toothpick of a blade is watching a tinier dwarf wield the sword that's taller than he is. Seriously, you'll see.
Other weapons make you feel like a Dark Jedi channeling the Force. The Gust spell summons a blast of wind to knock opponents backwards. The Strangle spell, on the other hand, traps them where they stand with the sudden formation of radioactive crystal. Toss a grenade into that sparkly but deadly mess and it's all over. The Strangle spell's effects can also be cast on hallways and staircases to block unguarded paths and further protect your team's artifact.
