Fortnite Witch Broom locations: How to travel on a Witch Broom in the Fortnitemares event
If you're looking to travel 100 meters on a Witch Broom in Fortnite, here's where to find them
Fortnite Witch Brooms are the only real way to travel around the island this Halloween season, as they help you move fast while spooking anyone who sees you cackling across the skies. You can actually cover a reasonable distance on one of these sweepers, especially if you launch yourself from a high point such as a hill or building rooftop. If you're working your way through the Fortnite Fortnitemares challenges then you have to travel 100 meters in total aboard these brushes, so it's essential information to know where you can find these flying sticks in Fortnite. We've been exploring and have tracked down all of the Fortnite Witch Broom locations, so here's everything you need to know.
Fortnite Witch Broom locations
To track down Fortnite Witch Broom locations, you want to look out for spooky new Fortnite Witch Shacks which have popped up around the island. We've marked the locations of all the ones we've found on the map above:
- D2 - north of Doom's Domain near Homely Hills
- A4 - west of Sweaty Sands near Fancy View
- C4 - northwest of Salty Springs
- F5 - northwest of Lazy Lake near the Gas n' Grub gas station
- H3 - southeast of Steamy Stacks
- C7 - south of Slurpy Swamp
- H7 - southeast of Catty Corner near Shipwreck Cove
Once you've reached one of the Fortnite Witch Broom locations, you'll see them poking out of barrels dotted around the shacks. These work in the same way as the fishing rod barrels, so approach one and follow the Search prompt to reveal at least one mythic Witch Broom item. Pick it up to place it in your inventory, then trigger to activate it – this will launch you into the air, before you hop aboard the broom and glide along on it. Travel 100 meters in total while riding on a Fortnite Witch Broom and you can tick that challenge off your list.
