Forza Motorsport 6 coming to Xbox One with new Ford GT
Forza Motorsport 6 is coming to Xbox One, and it'll let virtual auto enthusiasts take the new Ford GT for a spin before the supercar exits production. Microsoft announced the next game in its racing simulation series at the North American International Auto Show in a joint presentation with Ford, which introduced the auto company's upcoming performance line-up as the first vehicles confirmed for the game.
Aside from the GT, the Shelby GT350 Mustang and F-150 Raptor will also appear in Forza Motorsport 6 before they hit real-life roads. Series creator Turn 10 Studios will once again head production of the racing simulator.
Microsoft didn't announce a release date, but given that the Ford GT is expected to debut sometime in 2016, there's a good chance its virtual recreation will show up on the front of Forza 6's box by the end of 2015. You can see the game in action once E3 rolls around in June.
May 2015 will mark the ten-year anniversary of the Forza Motorsport series - the original game debuted on Xbox in May 2005, featuring an Acura NSX on the cover and more than 200 cars inside the game itself.

Long before that, I started pursuing my degree in video games by bugging my older brother to let me play Zelda on the Super Nintendo.
