FrightFest The 13th reveals guest lineup

FrightFest The 13th has revealed its full lineup of special guests, with a whole host of horror directors and actors confirmed to attend this year's celebration of the hottest new entries to the genre canon.
Dario Argento, Jennifer Lynch and the Manetti Brothers are among the high-profile auteurs who will be in attendance, while the likes of Sheridan Smith, Russell Tovey, Andy Nyman, Sean Pertwee and Ross Noble will represent some familiar on-screen faces.
Some of the most eagerly anticipated films of the festival will be attended by the brains behind them, with V/H/S double act Glenn McQuaid and David Bruckner set to attend, alongside The Seasoning House 's Paul Hyett and Tower Block directors James Nunn and Ronnie Thompson.
The festival will see 48 films presented across three screens, 15 of which will be world premieres, with 11 countries represented in total. Proceedings will begin on 23 August with a screening of The Seasoning House before the curtain falls on 27 August, with Tower Block bringing the festival to a close.
