Fruit Ninja developers embark on Australian tour
Celebrate Halfbrick's citrus-slasher by proving your worth in the Fruit Ninja dojo
Attention Aussies: Halfbrick Studios, developers of the iOS and Kinect-powered Fruit Ninja, invite you to share the game's success by vying for the title of Australia's Fruit Ninja Master during an east coast tour.
Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne will each host a roving Fruit Ninja dojo, where 30 iPads will be made available for the public to drop in and prove their worth. For the price of absolutely nothing, you'll be able to play one of Australia's most successful titles and have a crack at setting the country's highest score. Get your name at the top of the leaderboard and you'll walk away with thousands of dollars worth of prizes, including a trip for two to Japan.
The show's rolling out thusly:
Brisbane – Monday May 21st, Queens Street Mall 10am – 7pm
Sydney – Thursday May 24th, Darling Harbour 10am – 7pm
Melbourne – Saturday May 26th, Federation Square 10am – 7pm
Attendees will also grab a download code for Fruit Ninja - download the game to your iDevice for free or pass it on to a friend - plus a chance to meet the team behind the phenomenon.
