Fun in Liberty City
10 things you probably still haven't done in the latest Grand Theft Auto
With no multiplayer element, the PS2 version of Liberty City Stories can get pretty lonely. So if you ever want a little company, just turn on the "People Follow You" cheat (Down, Down, Down, Triangle, Triangle, Circle, L1, R1), and wherever you go, you'll be mobbed by whatever random guys happen to be around. (Unfortunately, the cheat doesn't work on women, so anyone hoping to create an unwieldy flash mob from old ladies or hookers will be disappointed.)
Interesting but useless, right? Not quite. Aside from following you around, getting in your way and staring at you whenever you stand around, your jealous new disciples will beat the living snot out of anyone you try to pick a fight with. Combine this with the "All Peds Have Weapons" cheat (R1, R1, L1, R1, R1, L1, Right, O), and you've got your own instant army - which should be a big help when you're going to war with the Sindacco and Forelli families (even if it's just to soak up bullets).
