In case you hadn't heard, Game of Thrones returns to our TV screens this weekend with its season six premiere, and lately HBO has been working hard to get us excited (it didn't take much effort). The latest tease comes in the form of nine new images, which you can check out below...
Much of the imagery on display here has already been glimpsed in various trailers and clips, but the new batch of photos does reveal that we'll be returning to Dorne in the premiere episode. Indira Varma's Ellaria is talking to Prince Doran in the image, and I'd wager that the conversation probably has something to do with her revenge on the Lannisters. It's just one example of many interesting story threads I'm looking forward to seeing play out over the coming weeks.
Season 6 of Game of Thrones premieres on HBO on April 24, 2016 in the US, and airs on Sky Atlantic the next day in the UK.
