Game of Thrones season 7 set photos sees characters in peril, and Dorne FINALLY getting interesting
Following on from yesterday’s news that Game of Thrones season 7 will feature new scenes shot in the original location for King’s Landing, new information and shots have dropped featuring a shock alliance, characters in peril and Dorne finally getting interesting. Spoilers ahead so, if you don’t want anything ruined then retreat now.
Watchers on The Wall are reporting that Euron Greyjoy – the guy who likes throwing people from rickety bridges in case you’ve forgotten – will show up in King’s Landing, having struck up some sort of deal with Cersei.

Cersei and Euron possibly facing off against Dany and Theon? Sploosh.
For now, though, Euron proves his worth to Cersei by capturing not only Theon’s sister Yara but also Dorne matriarch Ellaria and parading them through the King’s Landing streets, No ringing bells in sight, unfortunately. Shame.

Why have the Dornish come up to Westeros? They may have been caught up in a battle between Theon and Euron’s forces or they may have teamed up with Dany (and who can blame them?) to strike at the heart of the Lannister army. Either way, they lost and you can bet your bottom dollar (or whatever it is they use for money in Westeros) that Cersei and Ellaria will use up season 7’s side-eye quota if the two ever meet.
Game of Thrones season 7 will debut in summer 2017
