Run, jump, swing, and slide for your life as you try to survive twisted parkour game show Finding Frankie
Do you have the physical agility and mental toughness to defeat your fellow contestants over Frankie's warped courses?
During the opening of the latest trailer for Finding Frankie, as seen during the Future Game Show Spring Showcase, it initially looks to be playing out like a first-person Fall Guys – though the mood quickly shifts and the action descends into gritty mascot horror, where fans of Five Nights at Freddy's will feel right at home. Finding Frankie has already been released to critical acclaim on PC, and we now know when it is coming to consoles.
After finding a secret invitation hidden in your box of Frankie's branded breakfast cereal, you head off to compete in a parkour game show against two similarly selected contestants, and while everything appears cheerful to begin with the challenge soon takes a deadly twist. Frankie, Henry Hotline, and the other friendly mascots turn to reveal their sinister sides, and suddenly you find yourself plunged into a terrifying fight for your life.
Finding Frankie flips the usual horror mechanic of slowly creeping around in the dark on its head by thrusting you into the frenetic world of parkour obstacle courses, so you'll need to master running, jumping, swinging, sliding, and other kinetic moves as you try to outrun nightmare enemies during thrilling chases and boss fights.
However, the action does slow down at times when you move between areas, significantly ramping up the fear and tension as you creep from one hiding spot to the next while avoiding the grim mascots hunting you. During these moments you can meet up with your trusty companion Deputy Duck, who may just have a few tricks up their sleeve to help you escape from Frankie's Parkour Palace.
Finding Frankie is already available on PC via Steam, and will be launching digitally for PS5 and Xbox Series X on April 15, 2025.
