Gears of War: Judgment cog locations guide

Chapter 5: Downtown Halvo Bay

COG TAG 29: WHARF DISTRICT

When you go up the stairs and cross the courtyard at the start of the mission, you will kick open a gate and start a battle with the Locusts there. Go to the left from the gate and make another left when you hit the wall at the end. The tag will be on the ground there.

COG TAG 30: PARADE GROUNDS

Once you exit out to the streets and the parade route, head across the street to the far side and go up the first set of stairs there. Make your way to the right once at the top and the tag will be there on the ground.

COG TAG 31: UPPER STATE STREET

After the ambush on the Locusts in the street is over, you will be told to go through a building on the left. Before you enter it, go all the way to the left beside the entrance- behind the wall with the arrow- and in the corner will be the tags on the ground.

COG TAG 32: STATE STREET ROOFTOPS

Right near the end of the mission, and just before you reach the rooftop where you see the Reaver coming flying in, there will be a ramp leading to the left and a small ledge there. Go up it and turn left and go to the far end to find the tag there.

COG TAG 33: FIRST AVENUE ROOFTOPS

As soon as the mission starts, take a short walk to the left and you will find the tags on the ground beside the radio that is playing.

COG TAG 34: MUSEUM SQUARE ROOFTOPS

As you head forward after the start, take out the Troika in front of you and then make a left to go down the stairs there. Once at the bottom, go to the left again and the tags will be on the ground there behind a set of sandbags.

COG TAG 35: OVERLOOK

When you take out the first few enemies, then you will start a wave based attack. Once the first wave is down, go across from where the previous tag was and there will be a door there that is now open. Enter the corridor and make a left and the tag will be at the end of it.
