Gran Turismo 5 Prologue real life comparison
How realistic is the most realistic racer ever? See what you think
Fuji Speedway
An expertly-mapped recreation in terms of geometry, this is technically very accurate. But everything looks a bit too perfect, like it was all made yesterday. There’s little snow on the mountain and the grass is opening-day-at-Wimbledon lush. As you can see in the real-life picture, the grass can be dead yet the mountain is still covered in snow. A bit less ‘perfect’ and the game would be right there. Oh, and the mountain itself should be a lot more dramatic.
Above: Don't worry, it looks like standard-def cos we zoomed in to match the photo. The real game is a bit jaggy, but not that jaggy!
