Codemasters racer sequel coming May

Codemasters has revealed that GRID 2 will be released May 28 in North America and May 30 in the UK. The publisher and developer of the popular racer also confirmed four different pre-order packs will be available from various retailers. The packs include content such as vehicles, circuits, and online events. Full details of the GRID 2 pre-order packs are as follows:

McLaren Racing Pack

  • McLaren MP4-12C GT3 Special Edition
  • 2 new routes around the Brands Hatch GP Circuit
  • Special Online Event

Head Start Pack

  • Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 722 GT
  • Discounts in the Car upgrades store
  • A unique RaceNet bonus

Indycar Pack

  • Dallara IndyCar and the IndyCar Pace car
  • 2 new routes around Indianapolis Motor Speedway Circuit
  • Exclusive Online Event

GTR Racing Pack

  • Nissan GT-R Spec road car
  • Yas Marina daytime circuit
  • Exclusive online event

GRID 2 is on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360, and available to pre-order now.
