GTA 5's console versions get The Lab radio station in July
The Lab, which was formerly exclusive to GTA 5's PC version, will soon appear on radio dials everywhere - or everywhere in Los Santos and Blaine County, anyway. GTA 5's console versions will get the new radio station along with the second part of the Ill-Gotten Gains update in July.
The Lab is composed of tracks inspired by GTA 5's original score, remixed and repurposed by multiple artists across a variety of genres, and hosted by hip-hop duo Oh No and The Alchemist. The PS4 and Xbox One versions of GTA 5 got a bunch of exclusive tracks when they came out back in November, but this is the first new music infusion for the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions. You can even pick up the whole collection in vinyl next week, titled Welcome to Los Santos.
Rockstar hasn't said what to expect from the rest of the update, but if the Ill-Gotten Gains Part One was any indication, it'll be full of ostentatious new gear and vehicles to blow your hard-earned Heist money on.

I got a BA in journalism from Central Michigan University - though the best education I received there was from CM Life, its student-run newspaper. Long before that, I started pursuing my degree in video games by bugging my older brother to let me play Zelda on the Super Nintendo. I've previously been a news intern for GameSpot, a news writer for CVG, and now I'm a staff writer here at GamesRadar.
