And now GTA 5's an actual murder simulator
What was it you said, Jack Thompson? “Murder simulator” was it? For once you might be right on this one. We've already seen a stack of GTA 5 PC mods but the below video shows off just how it looks to don an Oculus Rift and play GTA 5, and it’s pretty much as physically close as you can get to the true, violent Los Santos experience. With a big plastic gun.
The Kickstartered Virtuix Omni treadmill wants to “transport you beyond the couch” and is currently available for preorder for $699. It's a ridiculously impressive piece of kit, if you've got room that is. In the package is one pair of special Omni shoes and a harness to keep you in place. Oculus Rift and a moral code are not included.
