Halo 3 's answer to the Hammer of Dawn is the Spartan Laser. It kills everything, man or machine, in a single shot at any range. Like the Hammer, it needs to power up, but the results are devastating. Just look at the video. The timing will take a bit of practice, but once you have it down you will be an unstoppable force on the battlefield. Try charging it up while behind cover, then popping out just in time for it to go off. It's all about anticipating where your target is going to be.
