Limited edition Halo 3 wireless controllers and wireless headset available from September 26
Aug 31, 2007
Not content with producing a special Halo 3 edition Xbox 360, Microsoft is to release Halo3-ised wireless controllers and wireless headset to celebrate the arrival of the FPS sequel.
The controllers (pictured) come in Spartan and Covenant designs and will sell at $59.99 US or £39.99 UKa pop, coming packaged with a Master Chief figure designed by Spawn creator Todd McFarlane. They release on September 26.
A Spartan green and gold Xbox 360 wireless headset will be out on the same day for $59.99 or £34.99.
On top of that, Microsoft has confirmed that the Xbox 360 Messenger Kit, which includes a Chatpad and Xbox 360 headset for $29.99 or £24.99, is out on September 7. But there's no Halo 3 version of that coming. Yet.
