Team Fortress 2
What's more generic than a bunch of humans fighting a bunch of aliens? Nothing. Sure, Halo 3 looks really realistic, with some nice graphics that are easy on the eyes, but where's the personality? Where's the style? Where's the pizzazz?

Team Fortress 2 has it all in spades. Multiplayer matches are a blast, and with its colorful cell-shaded look, TF2 is fun to look at too. TF2 promises team-based gameplay that should go far beyond Halo 3's mindless rounds of capture the flag and super serious sci-fi atmosphere that's been done to death.
