Hancock DVD extra details unveiled
Extended cut to be included in special edition
Sony has unveiled the full details for the DVD special edition of Hancock, which includes an extended cut of the movie.
Hancock suffered numerous cuts at the hands of the censors prior to its theatrical run, so it comes as no surprise a new version would be available on disc.
According to Sony though the movie will still only be a 12 certificate. We presume that rules out the Hancock explosive ejaculation scene that director Peter Berg has referred to in interviews.
The movie will be available on DVD, Blu-Ray and UMD. Here’s the full listing:
- Extended Cut and Original Theatrical version of Hancock
- Featurette - Superhumans: The Making of Hancock
- Featurette - Home Life
- Featurette - Seeing the Future
- Featurette - Suiting Up
- Featurette - Building a Better Hero
- Featurette - Bumps and Bruises
- Featurette - Mere Mortals: Behind the Scenes with ‘Dirty Pete’
- Bonus Digital Copy of the film
The Blu-Ray version will also include a few more extras:
- All DVD Added Value (above)
- ‘On-Set Visual Diary’ Bonus-View Picture-In-Picture, including a longer version of the Picture-In-Picture on the Extended version of the film & Bonus digital copy of the film
