Harvey Birdman lays down the law on Wii
The winged crusader of justice swoops onto a third platform
Sept 5, 2007
Capcom's TV spin-off Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law has already been announced for PS2 and PSP and now it's confirmed that a Wii version is also in the pipeline.
Based on the Cartoon Network show, Harvey Birdman's an adventure game starring, er, Harvey Birdman, a third-rate superhero turned third-rate defense attorney - so a bit like a crap Daredevil then.
Birdman's charged with exonerating parodied classic cartoon characters in a series of comical cases, and to prove their innocence he must "peruse the scene of the crime, gather evidence, talk with other cartoon characters, occasionally have drinks with opposing council, and of course, tear holes - no matter how ridiculous - in the testimony provided by the witness for the prosecution," explains Capcom.
Currently Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law has a release date of November 13 in the States. Capcom's UK arm was unavailable for comment when called to confirm a UK date.
