You can't have sci-fi without Schwarzenegger. The 6th Day tells the story of a kind family man (Schwarzenegger) who is illegally cloned on accident as part of a conspiracy theory. He comes home one day to find his clone has replaced him, and plunges himself into a dark criminal underworld to figure out what the hell is going on and save himself.
The Arrival - 20 November @ 21:00
A radio astronomer (Charlie Sheen) discovers an extraterrestrial radio station emitting from a star that's light years away from Earth. When he's fired because of his findings, he creates his own telescope array in his backyard and starts working on unearthing the alien mystery.
Serenity - 26 November @ 21:00
An absolute must-watch for fans of the sci-fi series, Firefly, Serenity is the film that finishes the story. Joss Whedon's final tale about the crew of Serenity sees the ragtag bunch travel to the outskirts of space and take on two interesting new members, one of which is wanted by the Alliance, a dangerous organization that rules much of the universe. It's a classic.
Red State - 29 November @ 21:00
Kevin Smith directs this indie horror-thriller about a group of teenagers who meet a woman for group sex. They end up in the clutches of an evil preacher who holds them captive in his compound, forcing them to witness horrific executions. It's brash and intense, so expect a wild ride.
Ultraviolet - 29 November @ 22:55
Milla Jovovich plays Violet, a super-lethal, genetically mutated warrior who goes rogue to protect her fellow mutated people, all of which were infected by a virus. The government wants to destroy all of those with mutations, but Violet wants revenge for those who created her new race. Equal parts colorful and action-packed, Ultraviolet will keep you on the edge of your seat.
