How media analyst Nick uses Ring Fit Adventure to complement his gym workouts and 5K runs
And gets his friends to play too!
As we discover how real people incorporate Ring Fit Adventure into their lives, we've met Nick, a media analyst who's a keen runner.
Although Nick has always been a Nintendo game fan, it's the exercise focus of Ring Fit Adventure that really drew him to it. However, as time has gone on it's the title's way of blending workouts with gaming that's kept him coming back to it.
He also really enjoys the flexibility it brings to working out, allowing him to fit in different sessions that complement his runs and gym time. For example, if he's only got five minutes spare, he can squeeze in a mini-game, while for free lunch breaks he enjoys diving into the lengthier workouts he can find in the Adventure Mode.
While he's enjoying the custom workouts you can create in the game, he's also making sure that when he has friends over he's challenging them to beat his high scores in one of the many mini-games Ring Fit Adventure has to offer.
So now that's the challenge he wants to set you - and taking it a step further by upping the ante to the Advanced Mode if you want to.
You need to pick two mini-games in Ring Fit Adventure and see if you can beat your personal best score in both of them.
Nick's managed to accomplish it in Crate Crashers and Bank Balance. Which mini-games will you choose?
