Best Disney Plus sign-up deals, and how to get the cheapest offers
Here's where to get the best discounts
1. US deals
2. UK deals
3. Canada deals
4. Australia deals
5. FAQ
It may feel as though there are no discounts to be had on streaming services, but it is possible to get cheap Disney Plus sign-up deals if you know where to look. That's why the GamesRadar+ team and I have been busy rounding up all of the info you need on the best prices, offers, and bundles.
Here's an example to kick us off. At the time of writing, the cheapest available Disney Plus sign-up deal is the membership with ads at $7.99 per month in the US, or £4.99 per month if you're based in the UK. We've done our research across years of coverage, and that remains the least-expensive outside of Black Friday savings. It's not the best value for money, though. Instead, that honor goes to the Disney Plus annual pass which gets you 12 months for the price of 10. (In essence, a saving of $16 or £10 overall.) Another solid option is the bundle that combines Disney Plus, ESPN Plus, and Hulu with ads for $14.99 each month. That gets you one of the streaming services for free.
Anyway, that's just the start. Here are the best Disney Plus sign-up deals available to you right now.
Recent updates
October 22: This guide has been updated to reflect the new Disney Plus sign-up pricing that came into effect during October.
Disney Plus sign-up deals: US
Disney Plus Basic (ads) | $9.99 per month
If you want the cheapest possible option per month when it comes to Disney Plus, this is the best option (so long as you're a new or returning subscriber). Although you're dealing with ads, it's the least expensive option you can get anywhere. You're also saving a bundle compared to the standard $15.99 no-ads subscription. We'd recommend this one if you just want to test the waters.

💲 Disney Plus (ads) | $9.99p/m
Disney Plus annual (no ads) | $159.99 at Disney Plus
Save $27.89 - In terms of value for money, this is a much better deal than the monthly sub. Despite paying more up front, those who intend to stick with Disney Plus all year will get 12 months for the price of 10 here.
Buy it if:
✅ You know you'll use it for a year
✅ You aren't fussed about Hulu or ESPN
Don't buy it if:

Price check:
💲 12 months of Disney Plus monthly | $167.88
Disney Plus (ads) + Hulu (ads) | $10.99 per month
Save $8.99 - Looking to make your money go further? This offer still has ads, but on the plus side, it comes with Hulu as well. Because it includes more grown-up comedy and drama, that's a pretty good blend... particularly because you're almost getting Hulu for free.
Buy it if:
✅ You want the cheapest bundle
✅ You aren't bothered by ads
Don't buy it if:
❌ You hate ads
Price check:
💲 Disney Plus | $9.99p/m
💲 Hulu | $9.99p/m
Disney Plus (no ads) + Hulu (no ads) | $19.99 per month
Save $14.99 - If you'd prefer to steer clear of ads, you can pay a little more each month to remove them. While it's more expensive on the whole, this is a lot cheaper than the price you'd pay for buying each service separately ($34.98.)
Buy it if:
✅ You hate ads
✅ You want more mature shows too
Don't buy it if:
❌ You aren't bothered by ads
Price check:
💲 Disney Plus (no ads) | $15.99p/m
💲 Hulu (no ads) | $18.99p/m
Disney Plus (ads) + Hulu (ads) + Max (ads) | $16.99 per month
Save $12.98 - I hadn't been anticipating a bundle like this considering how Max is a rival to Disney Plus, but there we go. Who am I to complain? This is excellent value, because it'd be $29.97 otherwise if you bought all these separately.
Buy it if:
✅ You want something for everyone
✅ You're OK with ads
Don't buy it if:
❌ You aren't a fan of ads
Price check:
💲 Disney Plus (ads) | $9.99p/m
💲 Hulu (ads) | $9.99p/m
💲 Max (ads) | $9.99p/m
Disney Plus (no ads) + Hulu (no ads) + Max (no ads) | $29.99 per month
Save $21.98 - Ads can be a pain, so it's worth noting that a non-ad version of the same Max bundle is available too. While you're paying a little more up front, it's actually a vast improvement over the amount you'd pay for each service separately. (That'd be $51.97.)

Disney Plus (ads) + Hulu (ads) + ESPN Plus (ads) | $16.99 per month
Save $13.98 - For the best bundle in terms of outright value, this one comes close. Combining three streaming services into a single package, it provides very respectable bang for buck. To be specific, Disney and Hulu cost $9.99p/m each while ESPN is $10.99 per month. That's a total of $30.97, making this price a steal.

Save $18.98 - Know you'll get fed up of adverts? Go for this offer instead. It's exactly the same as the bundle above but doesn't interrupt what you're watching with annoying ads (well, apart from on ESPN for some reason). That makes for a better user-experience overall, no matter which of the the three streaming services you're watching. It's significantly less than you pay for all three separately, too. That'd be $45.97 in total.

Disney Plus sign-up FAQ
Can you get a free Disney Plus sign-up?
Sadly, it's no longer possible to get a free Disney Plus sign-up. That's because the Disney Plus free trial is long gone (rest in peace, sweet prince). With over 150 million global subscribers, we can't imagine it will return any time soon.
As such, the most affordable option would be a standard monthly subscription. Short of getting the streaming service with phone or internet contracts like O2 in the UK, that's the cheapest offer we can find at the time of writing.
Don't worry though, you won't have to commit long-term. Because there's no cancellation fee and you're able to jump ship at any time, simply cancel your membership before the subscription renews each month. That means you can fill your boots with as much Disney content as you like without paying more than the price for a couple of coffees.
How do you get a Disney Plus sign-up?
Getting your hands on a Disney Plus sign-up is easy - just visit the official Disney Plus website. You then choose between a monthly or annual membership, and fill in your details. Simple.
Once that's done, download the Disney Plus app on your device of choice (you'll find it on the app store for your TV, phone, tablet, gaming device, or laptop), and sign in. You can then start watching straight away.
Is a Disney Plus sign-up worth it?
Whether a Disney Plus sign-up is worth it or not depends on why you're here. As we mentioned in our Disney Plus review, fans of Star Wars, Marvel, Pixar, National Geographic, and Disney at large will enjoy themselves the most. There are loads of genuinely great TV shows on offer, and because more are coming over the next few months, it's worth holding on to your subscription or investing in an annual membership.
More casual viewers might not find much to hold their interest beyond a few months, though. Similarly, US fans wanting mature drama or comedy are better off elsewhere (we'd recommend Hulu for that instead).
Still, Disney Plus has improved drastically in terms of how much it can offer over the last couple of years. The addition of numerous shows set across the Avengers and Star Wars universes makes it worthwhile for anyone interested in those franchises, and more are in production.
Worried about the novelty wearing off? Although there are always going to be content dry spells, these seem few and far between at the moment. Disney Plus sign-up members are being inundated with lots of original series right now, and the company is showing no signs of slowing down.
