Jerry Bruckheimer hoping to shoot Beverly Hills Cop 4 this year
Ditto Pirates Of The Caribbean 5
Jerry Bruckheimer has been discussing a pair of massive projects in the form of Beverly Hills Cop 4 and Pirates Of The Caribbean 5 , and has revealed that he hopes both will shoot this year.
"We’re going to take Eddie [ Murphy ] back to Detroit," says Bruckheimer. "He’s going to be in Beverly Hills, so we’re going to have some fun with him.”
The producer went on to confirm that the script is nearly finished, and that the plan is to get cameras rolling by either late summer or early autumn.
Meanwhile, the next Pirates Of The Caribbean film should also be afloat before too long, with Bruckheimer confirming that filming should begin on that project by the end of the year at the latest.
He want on to reveal that he expects Johnny Depp to return for the fifth instalment, while the studio would be "happy to have Keith Richards return". Mismatched buddy movie on the high seas? Yes please…
