Jonah Hill in a Tarantino western? It’s movie news that we were cruelly denied due to Hill’s scheduling conflicts.
Speaking to MTV , the star of Superbad and Get Him To The Greek said, “I got offered the new Quentin Tarantino movie, and I can’t do it because of my schedule… Doing Quentin’s movie would have been amazing”.
Tarantino has gone on something of a casting spree over the past week, selecting less well-known television actors for next offering.
These include Rex Linn ( CSI: Miami ), who will play Tennessee Harry, and James Remar ( Dexter ) who will appear as Ace Speck, one of two trade slaving brothers.
Jonah Hill will next be seen in the remake of 80s series 21 Jump Street , out in March of next year.
Django Unchained , starring Jamie Foxx, Christoph Waltz, Kerry Washington and Leonardo DiCaprio (not to mention Samuel L. Jackson, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Kurt Russell), will be out on Boxing Day, 2012. Roll on.
