Justice League movie reveals story and official logo
Filming on Justice League is currently underway, and today a ton of information about DC's ambitious superhero team-up has been revealed. One of those tidbits is the movie's official logo, which you can check out in its black and white variations below...
Warner Bros. have also unveiled the first synopsis for the film:
"Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions".
It sounds like Batman and Wonder Woman will be going on a recruitment drive of sorts to form the supergroup before it's too late, and it's probably safe to assume that the movie will also include the return of Henry Cavill's Superman.
Directed by Zack Snyder and starring Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Jason Mamoa, J.K. Simmons, Amber Heard, Ezra Miller, and Ray Fisher, Justice League: Part 1 is currently scheduled for a November 17, 2017 release.
