The silver screen beckons for the mercenary and the medicated psychopath

Variety reports that the movie rights to the game have been snapped up by indie studio Lionsgate, Daniel Alter and Adrian Askarieh (producer on the forthcoming Spy Hunter movie) taking on producer roles on the film.
Above: What they'll do to you if you don't see their movie
Shooter Kane & Lynch was announced last year and relates the tale of two men, one mercenary, one medicated psychopath, whom circumstance brings together to form an unlikely partnership.
Both men are being transported to death row when they get busted out by members of The Seven, a group pissed off with former The Seven member Kane for leaving comrades to "burn" during an operation andtaking off with loads of loot.
