Kevin Feige updates on Daredevil and The Punisher
And says his contract will take him through Phase 3
Kevin Feige has been discussing what the future holds over at Marvel Studios, explaining where things lie with both Daredevil and The Punisher.
“We’re trying to figure out what to do with Daredevil now,” explains Feige of the long-awaited reboot, before whipping up speculation by musing that, “Punisher could show up at one point.”
“You know, once we get characters back into the Marvel fold we don’t want to do something right away,” continues Feige. “We want to do the smart thing at the smart time.”
As for his own future, Feige has revealed that his Marvel contract should keep him occupied for some time to come.
“I think it’ll be a while [ before I leave ],” reveals Feige, reassuringly. “At least through the next phase or so.” Long may his reign continue…
