Kevin James' Zookeeper gets a new trailer and poster
He talks to the animals in new promo
A new trailer and poster for Kevin James’ Doctor Dolittle -esque comedy caper Zookeeper have arrived.
Starring as Griffin Keyes, James plays a loveable zookeeper whose proposal is turned down by his gorgeous girlfriend who's disappointed at the idea of being married to a lowly animal carer.
When he decides to leave the zoo and get a better job in order to woo her back, the animals, it seems, have other ideas and break their vow of silence in an effort to stop him from leaving.
Judging by the new promos, we can expect slapstick comedy, cringe-inducing situations and an unconvincing animatronic gorilla on a rollercoaster.
King of Queens star James is best known (movie-wise) for his performances in Paul Blart: Mall Cop , Grown Ups and Will Smith matchmaking comedy Hitch .
On voice duty, listen out for the likes of Adam Sandler, Judd Apatow, Jon Favreau and Sylvester Stallone.

And here's that new poster:
Directed by Frank Coraci and co-starring Hangover funnyman Ken Jeong and Rosario Dawson, Zookeeper is out on 29th July.
