Kiefer Sutherland signs up for thriller...
Jack Bauer likes looking at Mirrors
The good news: Kiefer Sutherland has signed on to star in The Hills Have Eyes’ helmer Alexandre Aja’s next flick, Mirrors, and the premise sounds ace. The bad news: our favourite Lost Boy became available when the 24 movie was put on hold because the script isn’t quite good enough.
But before you start crying every time your CTU ring tone goes off, Mirrors sounds like the next best thing. In it, Sutherland plays a mall security guard/ ex-cop who discovers something evil lurking in the mirrors of a department store – resolving to track it down.
Hmm, paranoid horror-thriller that sounds a bit like Dawn Of The Dead spliced with Poltergeist Three? Where do we buy a ticket?
Well, we’ll have a bit of a wait to find out; Sutherland finishes season six of 24 in April and starts shooting Mirrors on 1 May.
