Kirby's next Wii adventure will ditch the yarn
Early gameplay footages shows Kirby going back to his traditional roots
Nintendo's latest financial report has come with a gooey pink (and unfortunately, very blurry) surprise. Amidst its list of upcoming games, the Big N also revealed the first clip of a new Kirby adventure from Hal Laboratory with zero strings attached.
35 seconds is not a lot to work with, but as the clip shows, Kirby will be returning to his traditional look, albeit with some fancy sword action and arguably more powerful abilities added to the 2D mix.
Little else is mentioned of the game except a smattering of Japanese text which, when horribly mangled by Google's transcription service, reads, “for this story turns into Kirby's new smoking vomiting stationary game machines, Imashi to keep you waiting very long or.”
Vomiting stationary game machines!? Oh, Nintendo...you think of everything.
