Lara demo lands on Live tomorrow
Tomb Raider: Legend treats on Marketplace
Wednesday 5 April 2006
Xbox Live punters will soon be able to sample Tomb Raider: Legend thanks to an Xbox 360 playable demo that's due to appear on Live Marketplace "hopefully tomorrow", according to the game's publisher, Eidos.
The demo will offer gamers the chance to try their hand at Legend's opening level. Set in Bolivia, Lara's first location sees her solving some puzzles and killing a few baddies, and gives players the opportunity to learn how the intrepid heroine handles. It's expected that the demo will weigh in at 650MB.
A trailer will also be available and, if you can't wait to get your hands on some Tomb Raider artefacts, Live Marketplace currently has Lara themes for you to customise your Xbox 360 dashboard, as well as some delightful picture packs of virtual Lara and her employed real-life embodiment, Karima Adebibe.
So, if you're eager to see Lara's latest adventure ahead of its release this Friday on PC, PS2, Xbox and Xbox 360, keep your eyes on Live.
