Star Wars: Lethal Alliance has been announced - an action game due for a December release for PSP and DS that will be the first original Star Wars game produced for the handhelds.
The title, Lethal Alliance, refers to the partnership of Twi'lek Rianna Saren and her security droid Zeeo, the two heroes in the game that are hired by the Rebel Alliance to infiltrate Imperial-controlled planets and attempt to steal the plans for the Death Star.

Set in the time after Episode III and Episode IV, Lethal Alliance features such familiar faces as Darth Vader, Princess Leia and Boba Fett.
The key to the game is how Rianna and Zeeo work together, with the former blessed with agility and combat skills and the latter with defensive and technical ability. The game also supports multiplayer modes to make the most of the cooperative gameplay.
