Liam Neeson talks Clash sequel Wrath Of The Titans
“It’s got some kick-ass stuff”
Liam Neeson has talked for the first time about Wrath Of The Titans , the sequel to this year’s Clash Of The Titans , confirming that he’ll be reprising the role of Zeus.
“I've only read half of the script and there is still some work being done - they're on script 10 - but I think it's going to be some kick-ass stuff and a very human story to it,” he told the Belfast Telegraph.
Details of the film’s plot, which will be directed by Battle: Los Angeles ’ Jonathan Liebesman, are being kept under wraps, but Neeson did confirm a start date.
“We will start next March,” he says. “I'm very much looking forward to it. It's a whole revamping, you know.”
The actor played coy when it came to the 3D issue, though. The first Clash came under fire for its lacklustre post-conversion 3D. So how will Wrath approach the medium? “I don't know the answer to that.” Fair dos.
