Who you get it from: Tilda, a doctor in the Research Camp and one of the women you interacted with in the ‘Dog, Doctor, and Assistant’ quest.
When you can obtain the quest: After completing the ‘Dog, Doctor, and Assistant’ and the ‘Round ‘Em Up’ side quests.
Rewards for completion: 1600 gil, Yellow Ribbon x1, Max HP +80, Strength +8, Magic +6
Instructions for completion: This is yet another item collection quest. You need 4 Moonsoul Blooms (night-time flowers found throughout The Wildlands), 2 Rocky Crag Mole (found in nests in Rocky Crag), and 5 Green Leather (item drops from defeating Goblins). If you’ve completed all prior quests and pick up items everywhere you go, you might very well have these items already. Give these items to Tilda and she’ll leave for Aryas Village. Complete the quest be heading to Aryas Village yourself and speak to Dr. Sheep.
