Looks like Pepper Potts is also in Captain America: Civil War

Captain America: Civil War is pretty stuffed with major players from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and despite Marvel's assurances that it's not just another Avengers movie it's hard not to make the comparison. The list of heroes is massive. Most of The Avengers are involved, Black Panther and Spider-Man are making their debuts, and there's some back-and-forth rumblings about Hulk even making an appearance. Well, you can now add another MCU alum to the extensive cast of characters as Pepper Potts is also set to return.

Empire reports that Gwyneth Paltrow was spotted on set and in character during some last minute reshoots. There's no word on the extent of her involvement in Civil War, but The Wrap states that early chatter had Paltrow pegged for a "small yet key" role. In that case it could just be a quick cameo or a larger supporting part. Whatever the size of her appearance, it's not hard to imagine who's side Pepper will fall on; she is Stark's girlfriend, after all. The question is: will she still have her Extremis powers?

Directed by Joe Russo and Anthony Russo, and starring Chris Evans, Robert Downey, Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Anthony Mackie, and Sebastian Stan, Captain America: Civil War opens in UK cinemas on April 29, 2016 and May 6, 2016 in the US.
