Mario Galaxy vids reveal new powers

It's difficult to maintain excitement for a game you've hardly even seen in action for two years, but it's never hard to get worked up for Super Mario Galaxy. And with this new movie montage under our belts, we're more eager than ever to get reaquainted with Mario's stellar new adventure.

Most of interest are the two new powers shown off - Ice Mario and "Oh look he's a spring" Mario. Though we're sure Nintendo has a much cuter name for that last one. Galaxy seems to be giving our plucky plumber a serious overhaul. What other surprises could be in store?

Well, how about a 2D-style section, complete with Whomp and fire-spitting Venus Flytrap. Ah, the nostalgia...
