When you enter the first building, use the boxes to get to the third floor balcony and then hop over to the chandelier. The data will be on top of it.

When you reach the first area with Gekkos, cross the above bridge to the left side and there will be a silver chest in an alcove there.
VR MISSION 01

When you enter the first building that you need to use the keypad, the VR case will be just inside on the left.

After your fight with the BladeWolf, enter the small room at the end of the street and this will be on the shelf.
VR MISSION 02
TIME 2:00
When you reach the street with the winged enemies, hop up on the boxes on the left side of the street and then return to the roof near the start of the area to find the VR case.
LEFT ARM 01
TIME 2:19
When you try to open the gate, you will be told to get the ID from the officer in the area. Use your augmented vision and you will find him near the start of the area. Sneak up behind him and slash off his arm.
VR MISSION 03
TIME 2:40
When you enter the hotel, across from the large circular fountain, go through the door on the right side and continue through to find the VR case in a small hallway on the left.
LEFT ARM 02
TIME 3:07
When you exit to the next area, you will run up some stairs and come to two enemies patrolling below. Stealth kill the first and then sneak up on the second and hack off his arm.
LEFT ARM 03
TIME 3:30
When you enter the next area, there will be some Gekkos, Hammerheads, and soldiers patrolling. Make your way to the soldiers in the far left corner and there will be one who has an ID. Use your augmented vision to spot him and then take him arm.
LEFT ARM 04
TIME 4:00
When you are passing the trip lasers, if you activate them, guards will come running and one will have the arm you can take.
MIB 01
TIME 4:26
Just before you go through the door on the upper level of the catwalks where the cameras and trip lasers are, you can hop over the railing and drop down the space between the crates. Follow it around and you will come to the man in the box.
DATA STORAGE 06
TIME 5:04
On the catwalk, past the lasers and gun cameras, just before you leave. Go to the far right side and you will see it on top of a fuse box on the wall.
VR MISSION 04
TIME 5:27
When you exit the building, cross over to the stairs spiralling up and downwards. Go down them and you will come to the VR case.
