When you reach the front of the airbase, there will be a few enemies there, one of which has an arm you can take.

As soon as you enter the base, the hammer wielding enemy will have the arm you can take.

When you enter the airbase, go to the green overhang on the left side, across from the hanger entrance. Hop up using the crates and the card will be at the end of it.

Inside the hanger, one of the hammer wielding enemies will have an arm you can hack off.

Can be found on top of the rotors on one of the planes inside the hanger. Jump on the boxes to the left side and then over to the rotor to reach it.

As soon as you exit the hanger, there will be a few soldiers, and the rocket launcher soldier on the balcony to the left will be the one you want.
