Metroid Prime 3 - video walkthrough

It's been on your galaxy map for some time now, but it's finally time to investigate this ship. Your vast collection of Energy Cells will be to the test too - a pair of them are used up right away. Grab the last one next to the downed ship right here in the entrance. From the Repair Bay, take the bottom door to find some missiles. Along the way you'll probably see the floating computer pods that tell you where all the Energy Cells are. Well, since you have them all, they're pretty much useless. Scan them for lore entries but that's it. Move back through the Repair Bay and take a right when you enter Security Access to find more missiles. Then go back the other way, use the Energy Cell to activate the elevator and take the Morph tunnel behind you to find even more missiles.

Use two more Energy Cells in Xenoresearch Lab and follow the runaway ship missile expansion through the Morph tunnel. Head back to Port Observation Deck, use another Cell to open the powerless door and move through to the Energy Tank next to Junction A. Use a charge blast to repair the machine in Aurora Chamber and plug in the lasts two Energy Cells. Fight yet another super-annoying Metroid Hatcher and move on to the Control Room. First put in the code 78356 to see the secret Aurora message, then get the pirate command codes from the other terminal. Another lore entry is in here too. Armed with the codes, it's time to head into the Leviathan - or travel the globes in search of any remaining items.

If you're sufficiently armed, head back to the Leviathan. Upload the pirate jargon, meet up with the fleet in your ship and head out to Phaaze. Your energy tanks will drain, replaced by a new Phazon meter - collect as many energy blobs as you can and shoot everything. At the bottom you'll face a really, really long and annoying "fight" with a Leviathan seed. Rip the sides off, then pummel the tiny Leviathan seed inside. It'll walk around from side to side and takes forever to kill. Just keep shooting and soon you'll be gunning down Dark Samus.

Pretty straightforward fight. Just keep shooting, ignore or destroy the clones and she'll go down. Then it's time for a little pseudo Mother Brain action - damage its tentacles and weak spots, open the hatch on its head and then fire away. After the spine detaches, simply aim for its soft fleshy bit on the underside. If you see the bomb slot underneath open up, shoot it and you can daze the Aurora unit. Soon enough, it'll do gown and you can watch the 100% ending. Or you can do it here:
