Metroid Prime 3 - video walkthrough

Armed with the Nova Beam, head back out to Main Cavern. Use the X-Ray visor to see hidden targets in the bizarre blue walls, then shut down the machine in Drill Shaft 2. Go through the hole to find another Energy Cell. Now, head back to the green door in Main Cavern to access a new landing site, Charlie, and then take Transit Station 4-B back to the defense network (aka the big question mark on your map). Once inside, climb up to the top and shut down the defense shield. Well, wait, one more step - use the X-Ray visor to locate more hidden points inside the pillar to totally shut it down. If the new pirates are giving you trouble, the X-Ray scope can zoom in on their critical weak point - easy, easy kills.

Meet up with Dane and the demolitions team. The bit here is to make it to the end of the scene with at least four troopers left. Stay on your toes, use the X-Ray snipe and Hyper Mode when necessary and you should be fine. The end result is your ship landing deep in the heart of pirate territory, and, eventually, the seed. Go there and you'll find Omega Ridley.

As is usually the case with Ridley, only his mouth is vulnerable. Keep firing until he lurches forward, then blast his chest. After he dons the armor, use the X-Ray visor to charge blast the weak points away. Soon enough, he'll go down. Make your way back to Command Station and use the Hyper Grapple to overload the Phazon blob. Move along until you reach the teleporter, which takes you to the Leviathan ship. Once there, you realize you need command nodes from the Valhalla. The bit now is all about the Energy Cells you've been collecting up to this point. Before hitting up the ship, head back to Bryyo and snag this doozy of a cell:

Land at Federation Outpost, then make your way to the Fuel Gel Pool (just past Hidden Court). Scanning will reveal that this giant piece of golem head can be moved - so summon your ship, cart it away and backtrack towards Colossus Vista, through the orange door in your landing site. For some reason your ship visor will say there's no available drop point, but there is, so scan it, drop the head onto the golem and watch it smash open your path. Grab the extra ship missile to the left, then head to the next room. It contains a spinner that moves a metal cage and bridge around, but you'll notice that only half the bridge is there. On the other side of the gap is another spinner, another cage and another section of bridge. Grab the Energy Tank in here before leaving.

Head back to the ship, land at the Thorn Jungle landing spot and make your way back to the North Jungle Hall. Once there, you'll notice that a giant hunk of machinery can be towed away by your ship. Do it, enter through the revealed access tunnel, which in turn leads to the other side of the extendable bridge. Complete it, cross it and head back to the Hidden Court, where your ship will drop the giant battery in place. Boom, you now have access to the most annoying Energy Cell in the game (plus a few extra missile expansions if you're scouting around). The next cell you'll need is back on Norion.

Land at the central position and head to the busted door in Cargo Hub. Proceed to Conduit C, beat the enemies and the Metroid Hatcher to free the last Energy Cell.

On to the G.F.S. Valhalla.
