A lone tower juts out of the sea in the northeast corner of this zone. Check the alcove underneath the main tower to find this.
Thang Talath
Artifact #27 - Torn Banner
This one is easy to find--just check the northern border of the area to find it on the ground near a ruin. It's basically due north from the Fern Outskirts Forge Tower.
Fern Outskirts
Artifact #28 - Gondorian Coin
This is found immediately west of the Forge Tower. Climb up the first ruined tower to find it.
Artifact #29 - Scrimshaw, Mumak Tusk
There's a bridge just southeast of the Forge Tower. Climb the cliff under the northernmost arch of the bridge to find this.
