Minecraft: Story Mode's final, fifth episode coming soon - but wait, there's three more
Minecraft: Story Mode's five-part series will finally be concluded later this month… and then continue. Telltale Games revealed that Episode 5: "Order Up!" will be released starting on March 29, and that it will bridge the events of the first four episodes with three new adventures set to be sold as DLC.
Episode 5 resumes the story after a midseason break, with the tumultuous Wither Storm from Episode 4: "A Block and a Hard Place" spurring Jesse and the gang to set off for new worlds. Their first destination is Sky City, a strange realm where resources are scarce and naught but void awaits beneath the dirt blocks (instead of the usual impenetrable bedrock). They'll meet several new characters there, including Reginald, the captain of the guard voiced by Sean Astin of The Lord of the Rings and The Goonies.
Telltale says the three extra episodes after "Order Up!" will be sold as DLC for the season, meaning you'll have to own at least the first episode to purchase and play them - just in case you plan on changing platforms partway through.

I got a BA in journalism from Central Michigan University - though the best education I received there was from CM Life, its student-run newspaper. Long before that, I started pursuing my degree in video games by bugging my older brother to let me play Zelda on the Super Nintendo.
